Advisor Availability
We are open for in-person (Old Main 387) and virtual services for students. See our availability below for scheduled appointments and drop-in advising.
Scheduled Appointments
Available for 30 and 60 minute scheduled appointments in-person, Zoom or phone.
Drop-In Advising
Drop-ins are first-come, first-serve and are typically 15-minute sessions.

- For new First-Year or Transfer students who are confirmed but not yet attending WWU classes, your next step is to make a reservation for an Advising & Registration session on the Office of Orientation and Transition website.
- If you need any kind of disability accommodation, please contact us to schedule a meeting with accommodations.
- Due to safety reasons, we are unable to meet with you in Zoom or over the phone if you are driving a vehicle.

Academic Info Sessions
WWU will be offering Academic Virtual Info Sessions for prospective Transfer, First-Year, Running Start, and current Western students who want to learn more about available programs and majors.
