About the EAB Navigate360 Scheduler
Western uses EAB Navigate360 to help students connect with advisors and support staff across campus. At Western, students only use Navigate360 to schedule advising appointments. WWU does not currently utilize the Navigate360 student mobile app or other student-facing platform features offered via EAB’s Student Success Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The scheduler simply helps match you with the right advising office or staff member based on your needs. Any information you enter, such as your reason for visit or appointment time, is used only for scheduling and advising purposes.
Your information is protected under Western’s privacy and FERPA policies. Navigate360 is a secure system used by many universities to support student success. If you have questions about how Western uses Navigate360, please contact the EAB Navigate Administrator.
Returning Students
